01 / The rig
Not a mockup.The actual tool.
Edit on the left, watch the press kit build on the right. Every product capture on this page comes from the real builder file, filled with a fictional demo act. Nothing is staged in a design tool.

- Autosave
- Every edit is saved to the browser's local storage on that computer. The status pill shows the last save time.
- Save JSON
- Writes a project file you can back up, reopen later, or carry to another machine.
- Load JSON
- Reopens a saved project, photos included.
- Export HTML
- Writes the finished EPK as one standalone HTML file, named after the act.
- Opens the browser's print dialog for a clean PDF of the preview.
- Demo Data
- Fills the builder with a sample project so you can see every section working before you type a word.
02 / Levels
Most press kitsare clipping.
A booker gives your email about eight seconds. Five attachments, a dead shared link and a PDF from three years ago push the meter into the red before anybody hears a note.
One good file fixes it. Music, photos, numbers, dates, press and contacts land together, in order, with an obvious next move at the bottom.

- Multiple attachments
- Dead shared links
- Old PDFs
- Confusing filenames
- Missing contacts
- Too many tabs
- No clear order
- No obvious next move
- One standalone file
- Everything organized
- Music and video links
- Photos and statistics
- Tour history
- Press
- Contacts
- One obvious next step
I hope they can find everything.
Everything is here, in order, and ready to send.
03 / Soundcheck
Put your act in it.Right now.
A stripped-down line check running the same idea as the real builder. Type the details, switch the room, then export a working HTML sample before you spend a dollar.
Free and limited on purpose: seven fields and a sample export. The full builder has ten sections, photos, links, videos and a project file.

04 / Channel list
Ten channels.Everything the room needs.
Not a blank page and not a maze. Ten sections built around how bookers and press actually read a press kit, so nothing important ends up buried at the bottom.
- 01Artist InfoName, positioning, biography and home market.
- 02PhotosA hero image plus a press gallery of up to six shots.
- 03StatsListeners, streams, reach, rooms played, or any legitimate figure you enter.
- 04DiscographySingles, EPs, albums, cover art and direct links.
- 05Music LinksSpotify, Apple Music, your official site, tickets and other real destinations.
- 06VideosYouTube and Vimeo links, embedded automatically.
- 07Tour HistoryDates, cities, venues, support history and useful context.
- 08Press QuotesLegitimate coverage and attributable statements.
- 09SocialsYour official channels, in the order you choose.
- 10ContactBooking, management, publicity and website.
You enter the numbers, quotes and dates. EPK Builder lays them out; it does not verify them. Accuracy stays with you, which is exactly how a press kit should work.
05 / Rooms
One kit.Three rooms.
Same content, three different presentations. Pick the one that suits the act, change your mind later, and never rebuild a thing.

The usefulanswers.
Everything worth knowing before you open the file. Anything else, email Philip@philipstengelpresents.com.
01What do I receive?
One standalone HTML file that holds the complete EPK Builder. It arrives as an instant digital download after payment clears. Keep it anywhere and open it whenever you need a press kit.
02Do I install anything?
No. Open the file in a modern browser and it runs. No installer, no plugins, no upload.
03Do I need an account?
No. There is no login and nothing to sign up for, so there is also nothing to cancel later.
04Do I need to know code?
No. You fill in fields, upload photos and paste links. The builder writes the HTML.
05Can I stop and continue later?
Yes. The builder autosaves a draft to the browser's local storage on that computer as you type. Use Save JSON to keep a project file as a backup as well.
06Can I move a project between computers?
Yes. Save JSON on one machine, then Load JSON on the other. Photos are stored inside the project file, so it can be large.
07How do I send the finished EPK?
Export HTML gives you one standalone file. Attach it, host it, or drop it in a shared folder. It opens in any modern browser with no software on the other end.
08Can I produce a PDF?
Yes. The Print button opens the browser's print dialog with the editor hidden, so you can save the press kit as a PDF.
09Does it run on Mac, Windows, Linux or Chromebook?
Yes. It runs in a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, which covers all four.
10Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes. Twenty five dollars once, through Stripe. No subscription, no renewal, no seat count, no upsell inside the file.
11Does it need internet access after downloading?
No. The builder and its exports run locally. It links to web fonts for its display type and falls back to system fonts when you are offline. Embedded YouTube or Vimeo videos in an exported EPK need a connection when the recipient views them.
12Is it meant for mobile or desktop?
Build on a laptop or desktop, where the editor and the live preview sit side by side. The exported EPK is responsive and reads well on a phone, which is where a lot of bookers will open it.
13What is in the full builder compared with the free Soundcheck?
The Soundcheck on this page takes seven fields, three rooms and a sample export. The full builder adds photos with a hero image and gallery, a full bio, discography with cover art, music links, videos, tour history, press quotes, socials, three contact lanes and a website, plus autosave, JSON project files, HTML export and PDF output.
